Rebranding of a 125 year old real estate company
// Problem: Houlihan Lawrence smartly realized they needed to simply play catch up. With the portfolio of real estate properties that they had on hand, what is the best way to showcase them? How can they sell more property and serve users the best home buying experience?
// Goal: To engage and reach a broader New York audience and to keep up with the modern times by owning a digital presence (view case study)
// Result: Led to a 14% increase in sales volume in their real estate, and also a 2015 Webby nominee
// Details: Houlihan Lawrence is a highly respected realty group that saw the need for a better website. I worked on building a responsive website that featured their content more prominently and allowed people to refine their search in an easier way by making search/filter functionality more seamless and organized. While Houlihan Lawrence maintained a lead of 4 times the market share than their competitors, another big benefit that Houlihan Lawrence has over other NY real estate companies is that they have access to better photography. I wanted to make use of that photography in it's full glory, providing full screen imagery as part of the experience.
